You may be holding a lot right now and maybe more than you ever thought you could. Even the strongest, most capable people need space to pause, breathe, and be supported. Therapy is that space. I work with women navigating:

Anxiety and depression

Perinatal and postpartum challenges

Grief and loss (including disenfranchised grief)

Chronic illness (your own or a loved one’s)

Burnout, identity shifts, and major life transitions

The mental and emotional load of caregiving

Trauma and early wounding

Sometimes these challenges show up quietly: overthinking, irritability, disconnection from yourself or others. Other times, they roar. Either way, you don’t have to manage it alone.

Individual Counseling

I offer individual therapy for adult women (18+) in a supportive, relational, and nonjudgmental space. My work is grounded in compassion, deep presence, and a belief in your capacity to heal and grow.

Modalities I use include:

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – for trauma processing and nervous system healing

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – making space for painful thoughts and feelings rather than avoiding or fighting them and helping to reconnect with what truly matters to you

Mindfulness and somatic awareness – bringing your body and emotions into the healing process

Attachment-focused work – helping you feel safe in connection again

Together, we’ll tailor the work to what you need, whether that’s space to grieve, tools for managing anxiety, processing trauma, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that feel long lost.

Group Counseling

Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity to connect with others who are walking through similar challenges. In a group space, shame loosens its grip, self-understanding deepens, and you get to practice showing up in new ways through relationship, community, and in your own story.

Intensives

Sometimes you need more space for deeper work, unrushed time, and room to breathe.

Therapy intensives are extended sessions (3 or 6 hours) designed to help you move through stuck points, process trauma, or dive into a specific area of growth or healing. These longer sessions allow for deeper exploration than a standard 50-minute session and can create meaningful shifts in a shorter period of time.

They’re ideal for:

Clients who feel “stuck” or overwhelmed by a particular issue

Those who want to accelerate their healing journey

Busy professionals or caregivers who need focused time carved out just for them

EMDR clients ready to move through multiple targets in one session

People craving spaciousness and reflection without the pressure of a weekly session

Intensives are currently offered on Fridays.

We’ll work together ahead of time to create a plan for your session so you feel grounded, supported, and clear on what to expect.
